Acceptance and Scope
By using Find SA, you agree to these Terms and all related policies under Policies, including Privacy, Cookies, Community Guidelines, Refund, and Payment Disclaimer.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the platform.
Platform Role and Limits
Find SA is a discovery and coordination platform between users and Sales Advisors (SA). We provide advisor profiles, order confirmation records, progress tracking, review tools, and support reporting channels.
Find SA is not the vehicle seller and is not a contracting party for dealership transactions unless explicitly stated in writing.
We do not guarantee vehicle availability, delivery dates, financing approval, pricing outcomes, or commitments made by third parties.
Accounts and Eligibility
You must provide truthful and up to date account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not impersonate others, abuse verification systems, create fake orders or reviews, evade enforcement, or engage in fraud.
Orders and Progress Records
Orders are created by SA and become effective only after user confirmation on the platform.
Order and progress records are communication and evidence tools. They are not guarantees of transaction success or timing.
If a user believes updates are false or misleading, they may submit a report with supporting evidence.
SA Application and SA Responsibilities
To apply as SA, applicants must submit accurate legal and verification information, including legal name, IC or NRIC details, and supporting documents.
SAs must keep profile data accurate, avoid spam or coercive order behavior, and avoid fabricated milestone updates.
False identity information, forged files, or serious misconduct may result in delisting, suspension, or account termination.
Content, Reviews, and Enforcement
Content and reviews must be lawful, truthful, and based on genuine experience.
We may remove violating content and apply warnings, feature limits, profile delisting, suspension, or termination based on severity.
Where required by law or safety obligations, we may cooperate with authorities.
Paid Features
Boost and similar paid exposure features are not generally available at this time and may be launched later.
If such features are launched, pricing, delivery terms, and refund rules will be governed by the purchase page and the Refund Policy.
Disclaimers, Liability, and Governing Law
Services are provided on an as is and as available basis. Interruptions or errors may occur.
To the extent permitted by law, Find SA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third party transactions or platform use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the effective date of updates means you accept the updated Terms.
